Acceptable Use Policy

The platform is intended for visualizing materials and finishes on interiors, products and furniture for design, specification, sales and manufacturing purposes.

You must own or hold a licence for every image and material sample you upload, and you must have the rights necessary for the outputs to be produced and used as you intend.

Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, depicts identifiable people without consent, is unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, violent, or designed to deceive — including passing off a competitor's product as your own.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer the models, scrape the material library, resell raw platform access, share credentials between organisations, circumvent credit accounting or place load on the service beyond your purchased usage.

Visualizations are representations, not measured colour standards. When output is used in a commercial offer, we recommend disclosing that finishes are digitally visualized and confirming critical colour against a physical sample.

We may suspend jobs, restrict features or close accounts that breach this policy. Serious or repeated breaches result in termination without refund of consumed credits, and may be reported to the competent authorities.
