Terms of Service

By placing an order or using the platform you accept these terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.

An account is created when you place your first credit order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details provided, for keeping your password confidential (minimum 8 characters) and for all activity carried out under your account.

The platform is sold exclusively in credits. One credit costs €0.10. The minimum order is 50 credits and orders are placed in multiples of 10 credits above that minimum.

Credits are consumed when a service is executed, at the rate published on the pricing page at the moment of execution. Credits carry no cash value, are non-transferable between accounts and remain valid for 24 months from purchase.

hum8le.io does not offer free trials, demo accounts or evaluation licences. Access begins once a credit order has been paid and confirmed.

Bank transfer is currently the available payment method. Bank details are sent by email after an order is placed and credits are released once the transfer clears. Card, PayPal and Stripe payments are announced as coming soon and are not yet selectable. Prices are shown in euro and converted to other currencies at the market rate on the day of the order.

A first-registration promotional code grants 5% off a first credit order. One code may be used per account, codes cannot be combined and cannot be redeemed for cash.

You retain all rights in the imagery and material samples you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver the services you request. You own the outputs generated from your content. We retain all rights in the platform, the material library and the underlying models.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on standard orders. Manufacturer-tier agreements may include a separate service level commitment agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the value of the credits purchased in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including production decisions taken on the basis of visualizations.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time; unused credits are treated under the Refund Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our registered office, with exclusive jurisdiction in its competent courts.
